The APMG Change Management certification is developed in partnership with the Change Management Institute, and is designed to help organisations and their people manage the impact of change. The foundation certificate explores how change affects, and is affected by, individuals, teams, change leaders, and organisations.

Understanding the impact of change is crucial to its management. Change can create either positive or negative outcomes. It can lead to increased productivity, improved morale and new opportunities, or it can cause stress, anxiety, and resistance.
